Paradises Pizza Dough

Ingredientes

4 cups flour

1/4 cup sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/4 cup warm water

1 pkg of yeast

1/4 cup oil

Instruções

Sift together the flour, sugar, and salt and set aside into a bowl and make a well in the middle

Dissolve the yeast with the warm water, then add the oil. Add this to the middle of the flour mixture.

Combine until ball of dough forms.

Oil bottom of bowl. Raise the dough 2x. Pan out and then raise again.

Bake 12 minutes at 425
