1 Grated Red Onion

3 Minced Garlic Cloves

2 Tablespoon Thyme

1 Cup Red Wine (Argentinian Malbec)

2 Tablespoon Wine Vinegar

1 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

½ Kg Chicken Breast

Instruções

1. Mix together all the ingredients

2. Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours.
