Ingredientes

- Udon, 2 vacuum packs from Chinese supermarket

- Oil

- 1 onion, thinly sliced

- Crushed garlic

- 1 medium carrot, sliced into thin batons

- Gochujang

- Light soy sauce

- Dark soy sauce

- 2 Eggs

Instruções

1. Soak udon in water

2. Oil lots on high heat

3. Add onion

4. Add carrots

5. Add udon

6. Add gochujang (In bowl: 1 spoon, add water) or spicy sauce equivalent

7. Add bit of soy sauce dark + light

8. Add fried egg
