Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. ground beet
1 envelope taco seasoning
2 cans (15 oz. each) whole kernel corn, undrained
2 cans (15 oz. each) of black beans, undrained
3 cans (14 oz. each) of diced tomatoes, undrained
Directions
Directions
1. Cook ground beef until no longer pink, drain grease.
2. Stir in all other ingredients and heat until hot enough to serve.
3. Garnish with crushed tortilla chips and shredded cheese.
