Easy Cheesy Potato Casserole-Highstepper Favorite Breakfast

Ingredients:
32-oz bag tater tots
10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp black pepper
16 oz container sour cream
2 cups shredded cheese
*1 lb breakfast sausage
Directions
Steps:
1. Remove tater tots from freezer. Allow to thaw for 20-30 minutes.
2. Spray 9×13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350.
3. Place tater tots in a mixing bowl.
4. Add soup, pepper, sour cream, and half of the cheese to mixing bowl.
Stir ingredients together with a rubber scraper.
5. Pour mixture into the casserole dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
6. Bake for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
If making sausage version, cook sausage, drain, and add to casserole dish before adding remaining cheese in step 5.
