7 tbsp Coriander Seeds
3 tbsp Fennel Seeds
15 Dry Red Chilly
4 Star Anise
2 Inch Cinnamon Stick
3 tbsp Pepper Corns
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
25 Cloves
25 Cardamom
7 Bay Leaves
1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
Directions
Roast each of them in low heat until it just starts to turn colour and peak of its raw aroma.
Once cool down, powder it in blender.
Masala is ready.
