Chicken gravy

1 1/4 cups chicken drippings (you can supplement chicken broth to make this up or use all broth)
2 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp italian seasoning
1/4 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Add butter to a small sauce pan on medium heat and melt.
2. Add the flour and whisk until incoporated and continue to whisk every once in awhile for 1-2 minutes.
3. Slowly add chicken drippings/broth and whisk until fully combined.
4. Add all other seasonings. Continue to simmer and stir for another 4-5 minutes.
5. If it doesnt thicken to your liking, add a cornstarch slurry (1tbsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp water) and cook another minute.
Notes
This recipe can easily be doubled or tripled!
