    Norwegian Meat Balls

    Ingredients

    1 lb ground lean pork

    1 lb ground round beef

    2 sm onions, finely diced

    1 t Mace

    1/2 t dry mustard

    1 T salt

    Dash of pepper

    1 c milk

    2 T butter

    Beef broth- enough to cover in oven

    Directions

    Mix well.

    Form into balls

    Fry in 2 T butter in skillet until brown

    Put into 9x13 pan, cover with beef broth and bake for 1 hr at 325-350

    When finished, use pan drippings & grated jetost brown cheese for gravy.
