    2 cups vanilla yogurt

    ½ cup thinly sliced almonds or slivered almonds

    1 cup fresh blueberries

    1 cup Granola (page 52) or store bought

    Directions

    1 Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt in a ¼- to ½-inch-thick layer on the parchment paper.

    2 Sprinkle the almonds and blueberries onto the yogurt, then sprinkle with the granola.

    3 Freeze for 1 to 2 hours, or until set. Break the yogurt into pieces and enjoy.
