Cookie Monster Cookies

Ingredients

7 Tbsp (100g) softened butter

½ Cup (80g) brown sugar

¼ Cup (40g) sugar

1 Egg

1/2 Tsp vanilla extract

¼ Tsp Blue food coloring

1 ½ Cups (195g) all-purpose flour

1/2 Tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

¼ cup crushed Oreos

¼ cup crushed Chips Ahoy

¼  cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a bowl until smooth.

Add the egg, vanilla extract, and blue food coloring and mix until combined.

Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl and mix to form a dough.

Fold the crushed Oreos, chocolate chips, and Chips Ahoy cookies into the dough.

Make about 8 two-tablespoon sized dough balls and top with Oreos, Chips Ahoy, and chocolate chips.

Bake for about 8-10 minutes and enjoy!
