Blueberry Muffins

1/2cup butter, softened
1+1/4cups sugar
2 eggs
1tsp vanilla
2cups flour
1/2tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1/2cup milk
2cups blueberries
3tsp sugar
Directions
preheat to 375°F.
in a bowl, cream the butter + sugar until light and fluffy, then beat in eggs one at a time and add in vanilla.
in a separate bowl, sift together flour, salt, + baking powder, then add to the creamed mixture along with the milk, alternating. fold in blueberries.
line a muffin tin and fill evenly with batter, then sprinkle the 3tsp sugar evenly on top of all muffins.
bake for 30-35min.
let cool and enjoy!
Notes
roll whole blueberries in flour before folding in so they don’t sink
*or add 2cups chocolate chips
dried cranberries (w/ orange extract??)
