Ingredients

- 4 large flour tortillas

- 1 cup Greek yogurt or cream cheese or nut butter

- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

- 1 cup strawberries, sliced

- 1 cup blueberries

- 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced

- 1 cup banana, sliced

- 1/4 cup granola (optional for extra crunch)

- Fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Directions

1. **Prepare the Spread:**

- In a small bowl, mix the Greek yogurt or cream cheese with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract until smooth.

2. **Assemble the Tortilla Wraps:**

- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.

- Spread a generous amount of the yogurt or cream cheese mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving about 1 inch from the edges.

3. **Add the Fruits:**

- Arrange the sliced strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, and banana evenly over the spread.

- If using, sprinkle some granola over the fruits for an added crunch.

4. **Wrap the Tortillas:**

- Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, like a burrito.

- Repeat the process for the remaining tortillas.
