◦300g AP Flour
◦50g Corn Meal
◦5g Baking Powder
◦10g Salt
◦5g Black Pepper
◦15g Dill, Chopped
◦1 can Club soda
◦500ml Pickle Brine
Directions
1. Combine all dry ingredients.
2. Combine the soda and pickle brine.
3. Whisk pickle soda into dry ingredients. You may not need all of the liquid so don't add it all at once. Your batter should feel loose but thick enough to coat an onion.
