Cinnamon Raisin Bread

2/3 cup water (105-115 degrees)
1/2 cup while milk (105-115 degrees)
2Tbsp butter, unsalted
1/3 cup sugar
1.5 tea salt
1 egg slightly beaten
3 1/4 cup bread flour
1.5 tea cinnamon
1.5 tea active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisin
1/2 cup yellow raisin
Filling:
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tea cinnamon
2 tea butter melted
1 egg slightly beaten spread on top before bake
Directions
combine water and milk @ temp 105-115 degrees.
Add sugar and mix, then add yeast.
Let yeast sit/grown 10mins
Mix in kitchenaid all ingredients
Let dough rise 2 hours
Rollout and put in filling, then roll into loaf.
Putseam side down if possible
Let rise 1 hr
Brush slightly beaten egg on top
Cover with foil for 30mins of bake to prevent burning
Bake 375 for 40-50mins
Let cool
