1 lb ground beef (can use ground turkey, lentils, beans, vegetarian chili)
Waffle Cut Sweet Potato Seasoned Fries
handful of shredded cheese
toppings: lettuce, onion, pickles, tomatoes
High Protein Burger Sauce:
2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp pickle juice
HOW TO:
Directions
preheat oven to 425F, lay sweet potato fries on lined baking sheet (half bag) in an even layer and cook for 15-18 mins (until desired crispiness) flipping halfway
brown burger meat with seasonings of choice (I used pickle seasoning, but can use ranch seasoning or garlic powder/onion powder/salt/pepper)
once meat is cooked, add a handful of cheese
layer with sweet potato fries at the bottom, top with cheesy meat, toppings of choice and burger sauce and ENJOY!
