Chicken Pot pie

Ingredients

1/3cup butter

1/3cup chopped onion

1/3cup all-purpose flour

Salt&Pepper to taste

1 3/4cups chicken stock

1/2cup milk

2 1/2cups shredded cooked chicken

2cups frozen vegetables, thawed (I use frozen peas and carrots

Directions

In pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion; cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until well blended. Gradually stir in broth and milk, cooking and stirring until bubbly and thick

Once the broth becomes thicc

Add in your mixed vegetables and chicken

Then from there just build your chicken pot pie then pop into your oven

I go 375 for about 20-25 min or til golden brown.

Then let sit for about 5-10min
