Jjajangmyeon (Noodles in blackbean sauce)

4oz pork belly
1/2 zucchini
1/2 onion
2 green onions
2 tbsp Korean black bean paste
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp hondashi
3/4 cup water
corn starch slurry (1 tbsp in 1 tbsp water)
Directions
Fry pork hard until brown, set aside
Fry veggies hard until brown, set aside
Fry black bean paste then mix everything together and add water
Add water, hondashi, and sugar and return veggies to pan
Use corn starch slurry to thicken
Serve over noodles
