Egyptian Chicken Marinade

½ Cup Virgin Olive Oil
2 Tablespoon Ground Cumin
1 Tablespoon Ground Coriander
1 Grated Onion
3 Cloves Minced Garlic
1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
½ Kg Chicken Breast
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients
Add meat to a plastic zip-lock bad and pour over the marinade. Marinade for 4-24 hours
