1 tsp EACH bkg pdr, soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 c shredded carrots
1 c oil (or subst ⅓ applesauce)
4 eggs
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
For 2 9” round cake pans -- bake at 375* for 30-35 mins
For muffins -- bake at 375* for 20-22 mins
