1 tbsp sugar & 1 tbsp baking soda for boiling

20-25 mins
starter, water, honey, salt & 2c flour & mix
add remaining flour & knead
cover & ferment 8 to 12 hours
divide, shape & rest 1 to 4 hours
boil & bake
