Low Carb Keto Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredients

1.5lb lean ground beef

½ tsp Italian spice seasoning

1 tsp paprika

4 cups cauliflower florets

½ cup grated Parmesan

¼ cup cream cheese

½ cup heavy cream

1 egg, beaten

1 cup marinara sauce

1 cup mozzarella cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400*.

Add beef to skillet with Italian seasoning and paprika. Cook until browned.

In the meantime, place cauliflower in microwave for 5 mins. Drain meat and then add in cauliflower mix to pan. Spoon into casserole dish.

To make cheese sauce, in the skillet add cream cheese, cream, and Parmesan cheese. Whisk until cheese is melted and then take off and let cool. Add beaten egg to cooled sauce, whisk, and then pour over casserole. Spoon marinara onto casserole and then top with mozzarella.

Bake 30 mins.
