Ingredients

1 lbs whole wheat fusilli or penne (cooked and cooled)

1 cup green bell pepper (chopped)

1 cup cherry tomatoes (quartered)

1 cup cucumbers (diced)

1 red onion (diced)

¾ cup vegan feta (crumbled)

1½ cup fresh basil and parsley (chopped)

1 1/2 cups chickpeas (drained and rinsed)

Directions

Make dressing from dressings tab, mix in with salad.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and toss. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
