Directions
Peel potatoes and fill a large pan to ½ or ⅔. Boil w/farmers sausage OR:
Cook in separate pan:
Beef, onion, salt, pepper
Once potatoes are almost cooked, add de-stalked kale and cook for 3-5 mins til tender. Drain water off and mix w/immersion blender. Add beef mix OR sliced sausages, plus pickle juice, butter, salt to taste
