¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce

¼ cup mirin rice wine

2 tbs white sugar

8 cups sushi rice, cooked

furikake

Japanese mayo @kewpieusa

1 green onion, sliced

roasted seaweed sheets

Directions

Fry spam & simmer in soy sauce glaze.

In 9x13 dish, layer rice, furikake, & spam.

Add drizzle of kewpie mayo & furikake.

Broil for 3 minutes until top is toasty.

Serve w/ green onions, seaweed, & enjoy!
