Ingredients:

½ cup all-purpose flour (+ extra if needed)

½ tsp sugar

¼ tsp salt

½ tsp instant yeast

2 tbsp warm milk

1 tbsp warm water

½ tbsp melted butter (+ extra for brushing)

Directions

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Add warm milk, water, and melted butter. Stir until a dough forms.

Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 45 minutes or until doubled.

Divide into 4 equal balls, place on a greased baking dish, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.

Brush with extra melted butter and serve warm.
