Vanilla Mango Ice Cream

3 bananas, mashed
1/3 cup mango chunks (pre-frozen works best)
3/4 tsp pure vanilla bean powder
1 1/2 tbsp orange zest
Juice of 1 1/2 small/medium orange
3 tbsp raw honey
Directions
Place all ingredients into a pint container
Freeze pint for 24 hours
I like to make several pints at once so I have them ready to go when I want ice cream)
Run the “sorbet” setting on the @ninjakitchen CREAMi
I’ve experimented and this is the best setting for getting a smooth ice cream texture when you’re just using fruit and no milk)
