Cheese and Sausage Breakfast Casserole Perfect for Christmas

8 white bread slices, cut into cubes - I used Earthgrains premium potato bread from Farmer Jacks in'00. Good!
1 lb. bulk pork sausage or ba- con, crumbled and cooked
1 1/2 cups grated sharp ched- dar cheese
10 large eggs
2 cups WHOLE milk
1 teaspoons dry mustard
I teaspoon salt
Pepper
Directions
• Grease 9X13 inch glass baking dish. Plape bread in gre pared cheese. Beat together eggs and next three ingredients. Season with pepper. Pour over sau- sage mixture. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead.) Chill. Good with mandarin orange salad.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Bake
asserole until puffed and cen er is set, about 50 minute,
Cut into squares. Serves 8-10.
