Directions
Fry Onions peppers & garlic till soft. Add chicken until browned and take chicken out
Add 2pts chicken stock + chopped tomatoes. Ring to a gentle simmer.
Add chicken back in and add coconut & salt and pepper.
Cream Peanut butter with a little bit of stock and add
Simmer till cooked & thick.
