Bombay Toast

Ingredients

4 Bread Slices

1 Egg

¼ cup Milk

⅛ tsp Vanilla Essence

3 tbsp Sugar

1 tsp Butter

Directions

In a bowl beat milk and egg until very well.

Continue beating along with sugar and vanilla essence.

Heat a pan and add ½ tsp of butter and spread around.

Then dip a slice of bread into the milk mix, evenly coating both side and place it into the pan. (One pan may fit two slices of bread at the same time which is why ½ tsp of butter. If pan is small use ¼ tsp of butter.)

Meanwhile bread cook of one side spread ¼ tsp of butter on each side of the bread.

Once bread is medium brown turn to the other side. (Keep the flame at medium high and you may need to check bread one or two times to see how much brown it is.)

Similarly cook the other side and as well rest of the bread slice.

Bombay toast is ready to serve.
