My Favorite Chicken Piccata

Thinly sliced chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
Flour (for coating)
Olive oil
2 tbsp salted butter (plus 6 tbsp for the sauce)
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 diced onion
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp flour
1/4 cup capers
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
1/3 cup heavy cream
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Angel hair pasta (for serving)
Directions
Season chicken with salt and pepper, coat in flour.
Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a skillet, cook chicken until golden brown. Set aside.
Sauté garlic and onion until soft. Add broth, lemon juice, and flour. Stir and let thicken.
Add 6 tbsp butter, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, and heavy cream. Let simmer.
Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce. Serve over angel hair pasta, garnish with parsley.
