Crispy Brussel Sprouts

- brussels sprouts chopped in -half or smaller depending on size
- 1/2 cup fresh finely grated parmesan cheese
- zest of 1 lemon (optional)
- 3 cloves garlic grated or very finely minced
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cayenne
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 3 tablespoons butter (softened)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Mix cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, butter, and parsley in a large bowl and stir to
combine.
Spray metal pan and spread cheese mixture on pan
Place cut Brussels sprouts on pan face down.
Bake 20- 25 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender and parmesan cheese is golden brown and crispy. Toss halfway. Broil last few minutes if desired
