Hall Farms Garlic & Parmesan Grits

2.5 cups of water
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 cup of grits, (5 minute kind)
1/4 cup of 1/2 & 1/2
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan
2 tbs unsalted butter
Kosher salt to taste
Directions
Bring water to a boil, stir in garlic salt and powder, while boiling whisk in grits and whisk for 3 min to avoid lumps, simmer for 3-5 min (if too thick add water, too thin simmer longer) whisk in 1/2 and 1/2 then Parmesan cheese and salt to taste. add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter, cover for 5 min then serve.
