Ingredients

1 oz Mezcal

1 oz Elderflower (St. Germain Elderflower)

1/2 oz Vermouth (Punt e Mes)

1/4 oz Lemon Juice

Lemon Twist

Directions

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker.

Shake with ice between 8-10 seconds.

Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass.

Zest a lemon twist over it.

Garnish with lemon Twist.
