1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 cups canned garbanzo beans
2 large cloves garlic
4-6 T. lemon
3 T tahinni
2 T olive oil
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 to 1 tsp. Sea salt
Directions
• Blend garlic and half of the garbanzo beans. Add other half of garbanzo and blend. Add remaining ingredients and taste. • I have been told Lebanese use yogurt and Greek's use gar- banzo bean juice to thin.
