Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

2 large eggs

1 cup Greek yogurt (5%)

A splash of your favorite sweetener (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C).

Grease your baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a blender, combine bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into your prepared baking pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.

Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
