Mediterranean Steak Naan

Ingredients

Seasoning

•1 teaspoon smoked paprika

•1/4 teaspoon cayenne

•1/2 teaspoon cumin

•1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

•1/2 teaspoon course ground black pepper - I used the Pepper Cannon from Mann Kitchen

•3/4 pound steak - I used hanger but use what you like

•Olive oil

Salad

•1/4 cup diced cucumbers

•1/4 cup diced or sliced red & yellow tear drop tomatoes

•2 tablespoons diced red onion

•2 tablespoons pitted and sliced Kalamata olives

•1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

•2 tablespoons capers

•1 teaspoon dried oregano

•1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

•1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

Yogurt

•1/2 cup Greek yogurt

•1 clove garlic, minced

•Juice of 1/4 lemon

•1 tablespoon chopped Italian parsley

•Pinch salt

Naan

•1 pound pizza dough, removed from fridge 1 hour before using

Directions

1Heat grill to medium high

2Combine seasoning ingredients in a small bowl, lightly oil steak and season with rub

3Put yogurt ingredients in a bowl, mix well

4Cook, turning often until medium rare, about 135 degrees - remove and let rest and turn grill down to medium low

5While it does, combine all salad ingredients, and mix well to combine - set aside

6Cut pizza dough into1/4's, put some oil on a plate and some on your hands and stretch out the dough to the size of naan you'd like

7Grill, a couple minutes on each side until lightly marked

8Remove and build: some yogurt sauce, the steak thinly sliced and finally some of the salad on top
