Korean Tacos

MARINADE
4 tablespoons roasted sesame oil
3 garlic cloves, minced or grated
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
3 tablespoon soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce
Green onion for garnish
Thinly sliced beef
TACO SAUCE
3 tablespoons gochujang paste
1 lime, juiced
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Mix all marinade ingredients together and marinate for 15 min- 2 hours
Brown meat in pan over medium high heat until most of the liquid evaporates
Mix all taco sauce ingredients together
Build your tacos on corn tortillas with the meat and taco sauce. Add kimchi, cilantro, mango or garnish of your choice
