Chicken Casserole

4 to 6 boneless chicken breast cooked and cut up in pieces (use can use rotisserie chicken if you want)
1 - 7oz box of white Minute rice
2 2/3 cups of chicken broth
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup (can use 2 cans of mushroom soup instead)
1 pkg Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1 1/2 cup milk
1 stick butter
Directions
Pour rice into greased 9x12 casserole dish, pour 2 cups of broth over rice (note: the remaining 2/3 cups used for next step).
Place cooked chicken pieces over rice.
Blend 2 soups together and add milk and pour over ingredients in casserole dish.
Melt butter and remaining 2/3 cup of broth. Add stuffing mix. Use a fork and mix well. Place over ingredients in casserole dish.
Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves a 8 people. Good for leftovers, almost better when there's time to absorb the flavor. (Can be cut in half by using 1/2 of all ingredients.)
