1 lb ground beef
3/4 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
1 beaten egg
1 jar marinara
Directions
Warm sauce on low in a sauce pan
Combine beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, egg, add pepper
Mix with hands
Shape into 1” diameter balls and place into sauce as you go
Use a large spoon to gently maneuver meatballs to make room
Once they’re all in the sauce, cook for 10 mins, gently stirring occasionally to ensure sauce isn’t sticking to the bottom of pan. (Start water for pasta when you start the 10 mins.)
Turn off heat keep covered until pasta is ready.
