Ingredients

2 large wraps

1/2 head romaine lettuce

1 cup grilled chicken

1/2 cup croutons

Parmesan

Dressing:

1/2 cup mayo (I love @chosenfoods avocado mayo!)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 lemon juiced

1 tsp minced garlic

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Chop and wash your romaine lettuce. Mix together your ingredients for your dressing.

To a cutting board add your lettuce, grilled chicken, croutons, dressing and Parmesan. Chop until you reach your desired size and mix well so the dressing evenly distributes.

Assemble wraps. Add the salad onto a wrap, wrap up and grill on the stove until medium heat golden. Cut in half and enjoy! 💕
