Pressure Cooker Swiss Steak Meal

2 pound round steak , 1 inch thick
Salt and pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 onion diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 cup tomato juice
Directions
1. Cut the round steak into serving-size pieces. Season with salt & pepper. Heat cooker, add oil and brown meat. .
2. Add remaining ingredients. Close over and cook 15 minutes.
3. Let pressure drop of its own accord.
