Grandma Squire’s Jerky

Ingredients

6 lbs. hamburger meat (Extra Lean works better)

1.5 T. Worcestershire Sauce (I add a little extra)

1/6 cup tender quick or meat tenderizer, I use Adolph's

1 T. marjoram

½ T. garlic salt

1 teas onion powder

1 teas garlic powder

1/2 teas Coriander, if desired

¾ tsp. red pepper (or 1 tsp.)

1.5 T. coarse black pepper

2 T liquid smoke, hickory

Directions

Mix ingredients together. Make even pieces of jerky and place in food dehydrator (follow dehydrator directions).
