Grandma Squire’s Jerky

5 lbs. hamburger meat (Extra Lean works better)
1 T. Worcestershire Sauce (I add a little extra)
1/6 cup tender quick or meat tenderizer, I use Adolph's
½ T. marjoram
½ T. garlic salt
1/2 to 1 teas onion powder
1/2 to 1 teas garlic powder
1/2 teas Coriander, if desired
¾ tsp. red pepper (or 1 tsp.)
1 T. coarse black pepper
1 ½ T liquid smoke, hickory (I add a little extra)
Little seasoned salt or just regular salt
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Make even pieces of jerky and place in food dehydrator (follow dehydrator directions).
