Ingredients

- 1 Full Chicken (Cut)

- ½ Cup Vinegar

- ½ Cup All Gold Tomato Sauce

- 4 Tsp Salt (Heaped) or to taste

- 1 Tbs Ground Black Pepper

- 2 to 3 Tbs Paprika

- 1 to 2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder (Heaped)

- 2 Tsp Dhania Jeeru (Heaped)

- 1 Tsp Garam Masala (Optional)

- ¼ Tsp Arad

- 3 to 4 Tbs Cheeky Chilli

- 1 Tbs Chilli Sauce of your choice

- 2 Tbs Fresh Garlic & Ginger (Heaped)

- 1 Tsp Fresh Red or Green Chillies (Heaped)

- 4 Tbs Worcestershire Sauce

- Juice of 2 Fresh Lemons

- ¼ Cup Lacto

- Braai Salt to taste

- Chopped Fresh Coriander (Optional)

- Cooking Oil

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients excluding the chicken & oil, and balance the flavour with salt or braai salt

2. Add the chicken pieces and coat well

3. Add a layer of oil to the top of the dish

4. Leave to marinate overnight

5. Constantly basting with the excess marinade
