1.75 cups onion, diced
1.75 cups celery, chopped
2.25 cups sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 cup water (approx)
4 packets Mrs. Cubbison’s Dressing, Seasoned
6 eggs
Milk (fattier is better, but skim is okay)
6 (ish) tablespoons butter
Directions
1. Brown onion, celery, and parsley with butter
2. Add mushrooms
3. Turn stove off and add water (if necessary) to make sauce
4. Stir up eggs with a large schlook of milk
5. Toss 1/2 of eggs and milk with 1/2 of boxed dressing
6. Add 1/2 browned ingredients
7. Repeat last 2 steps
8. Stir up well, add to greased casserole dish
9. Bake 45 minutes to an hour at 350 degrees
10. Add turkey drippings periodically (if not cooking turkey, use chicken broth)
