Stir Fry

1 lb meat
Veggies (broccoli, carrots, and/or cabbage)
1/4 diced onion or 3 sliced green onions
1/8 C water
2 t corn starch
1/8 C tamari
2 T vinegar
2 T brown sugar
1 T fish sauce
1 T grated ginger
Directions
Slice meat (beef as thin as possible)
Cut up veggies
Mix corn starch and water
Combine and mix other sauce ingredients
Heat pan on high heat
Sauté meat in 1-2 T oil (until done if chix, until pink if beef), remove
Sauce onions until softened, starting to brown
Add rest of veggies, more oil if needed
Sauté until broccoli is almost ready
Add meat back to pan
Pour sauce in
Turn off heat
Stir everything until it is coated in sauce
