Breakfast Bruschetta

2 tablespoons olive oil
4 slices toasted sourdough
1 ripe tomato (roughly chopped)
1 ripe avocado
Optional:
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Directions
Tomato bruschetta:
Drizzle olive oil on toast.
Add chopped tomatoes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Drizzle a bit more oil on top.
Avocado bruschetta:
Cut avocado in half and scoop into a bowl.
Add lime juice and mash with a fork.
Season as desired.
Spread on toast and garnish with parsley.
