    Harissa Chicken Meatballs

    Ingredients

    1 pound ground chicken

    1 egg

    3/4 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed

    1 tablespoon harissa paste

    1 tablespoon garlic, minced

    1 tablespoon shallot, minced

    1/2 tablespoon ginger, minced

    pinch salt

    pinch black pepper

    1/2 cup panko

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit

    2. Mix ingredients

    3. Form meatballs

    4. Place on greased pan

    5. Cook for 20-25 minutes, until 165 internal temp. Flip last 10 minutes

    6. Serve with orzo, rice, salad, etc
