Ingredients

6 skinless boneless chicken breasts

6 slices ham

6 slices Monterey Jack cheese

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1 can mushrooms, drained

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

1. Roll each chicken breast around a slice of ham and cheese, secure with toothpicks.

2. Place in casserole dish, seam-side down.

3. Mix cream of chicken, sour cream, mushrooms, and shredded cheese. Pour over chicken.

4. Sprinkle with paprika (optional).

5. Bake at 350°F for 45 mins to 1 hr uncovered.
