Caesar Dressing OG

•3 garlic cloves
•⅔ cup olive oil
•2 cups stale bread
•2 heads romaine lettuce
•½ tsp salt
•juice of 1 lemon
•½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
•2 eggs, boiled for 1 minute, ( start eggs in pan of cold water and bring to boil for 1 minute).
•⅓ cup parmesan cheese , freshly grated
•6 anchovies
Directions
Heat oven to 350°. Mash 1 clive of garlic with ⅓ cup of olive oil. Cube the bread and brush with the olive oil mixture. Bake, turning occasionally, until nicely browned on all sides, (about 15 minutes.)
Seperate the lettuce leaves, rinse, and tear into bite sized peices.
Mash the remaining 2 cloves of garlic and mix well with the salt. Add to blender with the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovies, and eggs. Start the blender and add the olive oil in a slow, steady stream to emulsify.
Pour over the lettuce leaves and toss with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with croutons.
